Kids Ministry

At Victory Baptist we love children unconditionally and are excited to join with them as they go deeper in their journey with Jesus.

Safe Kids

Children’s Ministry volunteers are screened and must provide a Criminal Record Check.  We support our volunteers by training for ministry as well as safety and security measures.  We use KidCheck for our secure children’s check in system. If you have children attending Nursery and Sunday School, please be sure to create a free KidCheck account. (Click here)

Birth – Age 3

Our Nursery is available at 9:30 am and 11:00 am and provides a safe, loving, fun and comfortable environment.

JK-grade 5

We offer childcare for kids up to age 7 during the 9:30 Corporate Worship time. Children join their parents for a short time of worship before being called out. Kids will be given the opportunity to play, do crafts and build relationships with our caring volunteers, all while learning of how God cares for them.

Our Sunday School program runs at 11:00 am. School-aged children participate in small group Bible teaching tailored to each age group, along with fun games and exciting worship times.

Awana

Awana is our Mid-Week Children’s Program. This a night of fun games, great friends and engaging exploration of God’s word. With an emphasis on discipleship and scripture memorization, your child will learn to love God by reading the Bible and experiencing the genuine love that He offers. We meet every Tuesday from 6:30 pm – 8:15 pm.  The program costs $40 for the year, which includes your child’s first book and uniform.

If you would like more information about Awana you can visit their web page.

Summer Programs

We offer a Vacation Bible School (VBS) program, which is a day camp for kids of all ages. You can find more information here. Our theme this past summer was Hero Academy. Kids learned what it  truly means to follow God and discovered what God’s hero looks like.
